Returns on scented goods are not allowed at this time. In the event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to info@vaincandlecompany.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. I am happy to work with you to resolve any issue that was outside of your control.

To prevent “tunneling" allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container.

Avoid burning the candle for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

Keep an eye on your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Place candle on a stablesurface away from flammable objects before lighting.

Keep burning candles away from pets and children.
